Terms & policies

By registering for RESPICRIT 2026 (10th October & 11th October 2026 at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai), you agree to the following terms. The conference is organised by Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Vanagaram.

1. Eligibility

• Registration is open to medical professionals, trainees, and allied health personnel with a valid Medical Council Number (or equivalent professional identity where applicable).
• Delegates must provide accurate personal, professional, and contact details. Incorrect information may delay confirmation or badge issuance.

2. Registration categories

• Delegates may register for Conference, Workshop, or both, subject to availability.
• Workshop capacity is limited. Seats are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Workshop session allotment (within the package) is managed at the venue and may vary based on capacity.

3. Fees & payment

• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• On confirmation, a registration number and email confirmation will be issued to the email address provided.

4. Delegate responsibilities

• Delegates must present a valid photo ID and registration confirmation (digital or printed) at the registration desk.
• Badges are non-transferable unless a name change is approved in writing by the organising committee.
• Delegates are expected to follow venue rules, scientific session etiquette, and any CME / accreditation requirements announced by the organisers.

5. Programme & content

• The scientific programme, faculty, timings, and venues of sessions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Photography, recording, or live streaming of sessions is not permitted without written approval from the organisers.
• CME credits, where applicable, are subject to final accreditation and attendance verification.

6. Liability

• The organisers are not liable for travel, lodging, personal injury, loss of belongings, or consequential losses arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.
• In the unlikely event the conference is postponed or relocated, the organisers will communicate alternate arrangements to registered delegates.

Refunds for RESPICRIT 2026 registrations are processed as below. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@respicrit.com with the registration number, payment reference, and registered email ID.

Important notes

• Refund timelines apply to both Conference and Workshop fees based on the date the written request is received by the secretariat.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14–21 working days after approval.
• Bank / gateway charges, if any, are non-recoverable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refund is due for no-shows, partial attendance, or unused workshop sessions.
• Duplicate payments arising from technical errors will be reviewed and refunded in full after verification.

Delegate-initiated cancellation

• Delegates may cancel their registration by emailing info@respicrit.com from the registered email ID, quoting the registration number.
• Cancellations are effective only after written acknowledgement from the organising secretariat.
• Refund eligibility, if any, follows the Refund Policy based on the date of the cancellation request.
• Workshop seats released after cancellation may be offered to waitlisted delegates at the organisers’ discretion.

Organiser-initiated changes

• If the conference is cancelled by the organisers for reasons within their control, paid registration fees will be refunded in full (excluding non-recoverable gateway charges, if any).
• If the event is postponed, registrations remain valid for the new dates unless a delegate requests cancellation under the applicable refund schedule.
• Force majeure events (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue unavailability) may limit refund options; the organisers will communicate the best available remedy.
